There would not be a group called “D.A. Bookman and The Air Tight Band” had it not been for all of the efforts that Cliff Goldsmith put into it.  Cliff had a tough job convincing D.A. that it was his time to shine more and start his own group after many years of touring and performing with some very well-known artists.  But, with careful thought and many conversations later, D.A. agreed with Cliff and thus, “D.A. Bookman and The Air Tight Band” was formed.

Since their inception, Cliff has been our lead vocalist and percussionist.  He adds an energy and a style that cannot be duplicated.  However, at this time, Cliff has taken a personal leave of absence from the band. And, although we will miss him tremendously, we are sending our prayers and well wishes with him as he takes this journey.  We look forward to him rejoining the group one day soon, and in his absence, we would like to welcome, Eric Robnett, percussionist, to the band!
